Brandon Straza: [00:00:00] Do you ever sit there and say, man, why didn’t I do this at 20? Why didn’t I do this at 15? And what’s your comeback to that. And in essence that if you had done it at an earlier age, how do you get over that? That, why didn’t I start it earlier mentality?

David Wood: [00:00:16] Yeah. Well, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the second best time is today.

So I wish that I discovered the landmark forum, which is the course that really opened me up. I wish I’d discovered it at 17. I, you know, 10 years earlier, I’d have a 10 year head start on my growth. Right. But we can take that. We can take those learnings, the things that we wished we’d done early, and we can say, what can I do today?

So I’m a huge fan. If you’re running a business or you’ve got a job or you have a relationship, whatever it is, and you want it to be better, you can  study today, so that 10 years from now, five years from now, or a year from now, you’re not going to say, Oh wow. If only I’d hired a coach, if only I’d gone and done a program on how to learn, how to really laser  focus in my business, if only I’d gone and studied X or Y or relationship intimacy, right?

There are things that you can do in all of those fields that, we have no idea of, and you’re not going to know until you learn it and then you’re going to go, wow. Wish I’d done that 10 years ago. So don’t wait. That’s what I’m saying. Don’t wait.

Brandon Straza: [00:01:29] Don’t wait, but get over the, if only I had done this started today.

David Wood: [00:01:33] Yeah. Right. 20 years ago, it’s too late for that. What are you going to do today? So that 10 years from now, you don’t have the same complaint.
