David Wood: [00:00:00] And another one for entrepreneurs. Just look at your target market. Can a caveman grunt it.  For me, my target market is entrepreneurs. You’re already up and running. You got a great product and you’re earning over 200,000 ideally, or you will be very soon. That’s my target market. So caveman could grunt that. Help business owners make more money.

More time off. That’s my message. So you look at your target market. How scattered are you? What if you picked one to hang your hat on for a year, then within that target market, what’s their biggest problem that you are great at solving? If they come to you and say, can you help me with something else, you might say yeah!

But what’s your messaging? What are you saying on every podcast? What do you say on your website? What’s your marketing materials say. Have that message be clear. Then how many solutions do you have for that problem? Oh I have this product that will help you with that. I have this product that will help you with that.

And I have this service that will help you with that. What if you picked one solution? To become your flagship product or service, and you push that and you had that beat. Excellent. And put all your energy into that for a year.
