David Wood: [00:00:00] I looked at the people who are showing up and the people showing up were all business owners that were feeling scattered. And then, you know, chasing each new shiny object. And the problem with a business owner, is you see all the possibilities, you’re an entrepreneur, you see so many strategies, so many target markets, you want to help so many things you want to help them with. So many ways to get traffic and leads and so many ways to convert them. And so I realized what I need to do is help them focus. So step one, we start, I have three buckets. The first bucket is, we’ll double your productivity and to do that, we have to plot your course. Where are you going?

And then let’s work out where inefficiencies are and create a not to do list for you. Gotcha. And then the third part of that is the mindset. Are you consuming fear in this current environment or are you creating material and leading your audience? I really enjoy that because it’s about being unstoppable.

Then the second bucket is about doubling revenue. So we’ll look at your leads and we move them from a trickle to a flood. Then we look at your conversion, are you actually converting those leads? Are a bunch of people coming to your site and saying, thank you, but no, thanks. And then leveraging existing customers.

Do you have an upsell sequence? Are you getting repeat business? Are you getting referrals? Are you getting testimonials?

Jason Cass: [00:01:24] Now is there any specific business line you work in? Are you doing that for all array of businesses?

David Wood: [00:01:29] Well the main criteria is that they’re already earning $200,000 a year or they will be very soon.

So that’s the

Jason Cass: [00:01:36] Person or the business?

David Wood: [00:01:38] The business. Okay. Yeah that’s the main criteria. I do a lot of e-commerce entrepreneurs. But also because I’m a service-based entrepreneur. I also do that. So consultants again you know, financial planners, that kind of thing as well.

And then the last bucket is leverage. You need to build a team. Cause often, too often, people are their own bottleneck and they’re working on a bunch of stuff that they shouldn’t be working on. So what we do is clarify your genius, work out what you will do and what you’re gonna farm out and then hire the talent and motivate the talent.

So those are the three big buckets that I’ve chosen to hang my program, my methodology around.
